30 proposal templates in nine groups

Pick from 30 templates, from websites, SEO and social media to photo shoots, coaching, bookkeeping, translation, painting and hire. The picker has a search and suggests your kind of business first.

Why: We wanted to cover the work our users actually quote, not only agency work. Each one has its own texts, slides, pricing and schedule, with example prices marked as examples.

Draft a proposal with AI through the API

Start an AI draft through the API and get a callback when it is ready. Webhooks now also fire when a client is added or an AI draft finishes.

Why: An AI draft takes a little while, so your own tools should hear when it is done instead of asking again and again.

Use Propozit from Claude.ai, ChatGPT, Claude Code and Cursor

Read your proposals and clients, draft a proposal from a description and send it from your AI assistant. In Claude.ai and ChatGPT you sign in with Propozit, no key needed, and Propozit is in Claude’s connector directory.

Why: So you can work on proposals from the assistant you already use, without handling an API key. Each person signs in as themselves, so the assistant can do only what they can do, and it asks before it sends.

    Why we built Propozit

The homepage and a new About page tell why Vincent built Propozit, who the team is, and how to reach us.

Why: A proposal took us about half a day to put together, and then a client signed a version with our old, cheaper rates. We wanted you to know where Propozit comes from.

    Search, filters and a Trash

Search, filter and sort your decks, clients, price list and library, and collapse the sidebar. Deleting now moves things to a Trash, where you can restore them for 30 days.

Why: Deleting was final, so one wrong click lost work. A proposal in the Trash also stops its client link until you restore it.

    An API and webhooks

A REST API for your proposals, clients and price list, and webhooks when a proposal is published, sent, opened, signed, declined or expires. Owners and admins make keys in Settings, on every plan.

Why: So your CRM or a developer can keep proposals up to date through the API and webhooks, without copying data by hand. A key acts as the person who made it, so every rule of the app still applies.

    Clients can decline a proposal

Next to Sign and Ask for a change, your client can decline, with a reason if they like. You get an email, and the proposal shows Declined.

Why: A clear no tells you where you stand, and why. Publish a new version and the client can look again.

    Ask the AI for changes

Say what should change, such as "make the price slide simpler" or "translate to Dutch". You see each change before and after, with its effect on the total, and apply it in one step.

Why: Changing a whole proposal by hand means going slide by slide. Nothing changes until you apply it, one Undo takes it back, and prices come only from your price list.

Five deck designs, background photos and 16 fonts

Pick Classic, Bold, Studio, Editorial or Minimal per proposal, in your own colours. Section, thank-you, testimonial and challenge slides can have a background photo, and there are 16 fonts.

Why: Decks needed more than one look, background photos and more fonts to look like a designer made them. A design never changes your colours, so it works for every brand.

  1. Help inside the app, and a short tour

A Help button on every page shows common questions for that page, a search and a link to ask us. A short tour shows where to click the first time you use the app and the editor.

Why: You should find how to do something without leaving the page you are on. You can start the tour again from Help.

Your client sees how to pay after signing

Right after signing, your client sees your bank details, a QR code for their banking app and your own pay link. You see what is due and paid, and can ask for the next payment.

Why: After signing, the client saw a signed banner and nothing about how to pay. Propozit never handles the money: it goes straight to you.

An Overview of what needs you

The app now opens on an Overview: what needs your attention, this month’s numbers, your pipeline and recent activity.

Why: There was no single place that showed which proposals to follow up and how the month is going.

    Your Overview →

  2. Install Propozit from your browser

Put Propozit on the home screen of your phone or computer from the browser. It is a web app, not an app-store app, and it does not work offline.

Why: Salespeople often work on their phone, and from the home screen Propozit opens like an app, without an app store.

Import and export your price list and clients

Bring in your price list and clients from a spreadsheet (CSV), check every row in a preview, and export them again whenever you like.

Why: Builders and suppliers have hundreds of items, and typing them in one by one stopped them at the start. An import never deletes anything.

Templates for building work and product quotes

Templates for building work and product quotes, price rows grouped by room, trade or product group with subtotals, and products with a photo and an article number.

Why: The templates were written for agencies, so a builder picking a fixed-price project got lines like "Two rounds of feedback".

Short and long cases, and portfolios

Cases get a tagline, numbers and a client quote: a card in a proposal, or a long case on its own pages. Pick cases and get a portfolio to send, with the same link, tracking and read time.

Why: A case could be marked short or long, but nothing used it, and there was no way to send just your work.

Clients can ask for a change

Beside Sign, your client can ask for a change: about the price, the scope, the timing or the payment terms. You get an email and see it on the proposal, and you can switch it off per proposal.

Why: Instead of only Sign, your client can leave a remark so you can negotiate. Asking never blocks signing.

When the client asks for a change →

  3. A clearer way to invite your team

Invite someone from Settings, Team, with a role that says what that person can do. Pending invitations sit with your members, with Send again and Revoke.

Why: Adding a person needed a better screen: it used to show a raw link in a box.

    Invite your team →

    Anyone can create an account

Create your account with a one-time code sent by email, with no password and no invitation.

Why: Propozit was invite-only until then. Now you can try it straight away.

    • Clients

    Clients with their own prices

Clients get their own page with details, contacts, VAT and prices, such as a client discount or an own price per product. Start a proposal from a client and it fills in.

Why: Some clients have their own pricing, and you want to start a proposal from the client, not from scratch.

Payment plans, VAT per proposal and checks before you send

Your client picks a payment plan, such as 50/50 or three milestones. You set VAT per proposal, due days and an extra-work rate, and Propozit checks for a missing project price or a team that does not match the prices.

Why: Project proposals were hard to make and payment terms were unclear. The terms now come from fields, not loose lines of text.

Describe a proposal, get a draft deck

On New proposal, describe the work in your own words. Propozit drafts the deck from your own prices, cases and template, and lists what it chose and what to check.

Why: Clients dislike text that sounds generated, so the draft uses your own material and shows what to check. Prices come only from your price list.

Short videos in the help centre

Five help articles now open with a short, silent, captioned video of the real app.

Why: Watching a step for under a minute can be quicker than reading it. The text stays, so the video is never the only way to learn a step.

On-brand slides and pricing that sells

Slides carry your brand with dark, soft and light backgrounds. Pricing shows rows as cards, a total card, discount pills, gifts with their value and add-on people, such as a senior as an option.

Why: Next to the proposals of our own agency, ours looked functional but plain, and little in them was optional.

    Set up from your website

Type your website address and Propozit suggests your brand, company details, prices, cases and team, found with the help of AI. You accept, edit or remove each item before anything is saved.

Why: Prices should be there from the start, so you can build your first proposal straight after setup.

Build a proposal in steps, also on your phone

Pick the type of work and the client, answer a few short steps, then check and send. Each type has your own standard: default products, texts, schedule, deals and cases.

Why: A proposal should be built on your own standards, not slide by slide, and salespeople often work on their phone.

Your first proposal in eight steps →

    • Proposals

See when a proposal is opened and read

See opens, read time per slide and a status that follows what happened. Read time is measured only after your client says OK.

Why: So you follow up at the right moment, while your client keeps a say in what is measured.

    Proposal tracking →

    • Proposals

Send a proposal and get it signed

Send a proposal from Propozit; your client opens it with a 6-digit email code, picks options and signs in the deck, drawn or typed. Both sides get a signed PDF.

Why: A proposal should go from your draft to a signed agreement in one place, on any screen, phone included.

The deck editor, your price list and library

Edit all 19 slide types beside a live preview, keep your price list with deals and rules, and save cases and slides to reuse. Versions keep notes, undo and history.

Why: You add your prices once, and every proposal picks from them and works out the totals.

    propozit.com, with honest statuses

The site now has feature pages, comparisons, guides, help and pricing. Every feature shows its status: Available, In the live demo or Coming soon.

Why: You should be able to see what Propozit does today and what it does not, before you sign up.
