Invite your team
Send an invitation by email, pick a role, and manage who has access from the Team tab.

On this page
Everyone who works on your proposals can have their own account in your organization. You invite them by email from the Team tab in settings, and you choose what they can do with a role.
The three roles
- Owner: can do everything, including inviting other owners and changing any role.
- Admin: can change the organization's settings (General, Company and Brand), invite people as admin or member, change roles and remove people. An admin cannot make someone an owner or change an owner's role.
- Member: sees the Team tab, with the list of members, but not the other settings tabs and not the invitations.
Every organization has at least one owner. If you are the only owner, you can't change your own role or leave.
Invite someone
You need to be an owner or an admin.
- Select Settings in the sidebar, then the Team tab.
- Select Invite someone at the top of Members.
- Fill in Email with your colleague's address.
- Choose a Role. It starts on Member, and each choice says what that person can do.
- Select Send invitation.
Once billing starts, each person and each open invitation takes a seat: Free and Solo have 1, Team up to 5 and Agency up to 20. When all seats are used, Propozit says so, and you can't invite anyone until you upgrade or revoke an open invitation. Before billing starts there is no seat limit. See Plans and billing.
Propozit emails them a link to join. Links work for 7 days. The panel then says Invitation sent, shows the link, and offers Copy link in case you want to share it another way. If the email could not be sent, the panel says so: copy the link and send it yourself. Select Invite another to invite the next person, or Done to close the panel.
What your colleague does
- They open the link from the email (Accept the invitation). The page says Join followed by your organization's name.
- Without an account, they select Create your account. Their email address is filled in. They enter Your name, select Create account, then type the 6-digit code from the next email and select Verify. Already have an account? They select Sign in instead.
- Back on the invitation, they see "You've been invited to join as" their role, and select Join followed by the organization's name.
They land on your organization's Decks page.
The link only works for the address it was sent to. If your colleague is signed in with a different address, the page says "This invitation is for another email address" and offers Sign out, so they can sign in with the right one. A used link says "This invitation has already been used." An expired one says "This invitation has expired. Ask for a new one." If the organization has no free seat left when they accept, the page says "This organization has no free seats. Ask the person who invited you."
Manage invitations
Invitations that have not been accepted yet are listed under Members, below the people who have joined. Each one says Invited, with its role and the date the link expires (or Link expired).
- To send a new link, for example after it expired or got lost, select Send again. Your colleague gets a fresh email with a new link for another 7 days, and the old link stops working. The panel shows the new link, so you can copy it too.
- To cancel one, select Revoke. The link stops working: it then says "This invitation link is not valid".
Change a role or remove someone
The Members card lists everyone in the organization, with their role.
- To change a role, pick the new role in the menu next to their name, then select Save.
- To take someone out of the organization, select Remove.
Owners and admins see these controls; members see each person's role as a label. An admin can't change or remove an owner, and nobody can remove themselves this way (see below).
API keys act as the person who made them. When that person leaves, is removed or is no longer an owner or admin, their API keys stop working straight away, and the owners get an email.
Leave an organization
At the bottom of the Team tab, select Leave organization, then confirm with Leave organization, or select Stay to keep your access. You lose access to its decks; someone can invite you back. The only owner can't leave, because an organization needs at least one owner: make someone else an owner first.
Checklist
Inviting one person, or having a second member, ticks off Invite your team in the Get ready list on the Decks page. Everyone in the organization can open and edit its decks, and admins set the proposal standards everyone starts from.
