Propozit vs PandaDoc: an honest comparison
PandaDoc is a broad document platform with e-signature on every plan including a free one, pricing tables, payments and CRM integrations. Propozit is in early access and focused on one thing: proposals as slide decks with pricing the client can change, which you can send, get signed and track today. Choose PandaDoc for a complete document and signing workflow now; look at Propozit if the proposal itself and EU storage for every account matter most. Its AI features currently run on Anthropic in the US.

When PandaDoc is the better choice
- You need e-signature now, including a free plan for occasional documents or eIDAS qualified signatures.
- You want payments in the document through Stripe, PayPal, Square, Authorize.net or QuickBooks Payments.
- Your team works in Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive or Microsoft Dynamics 365 and wants documents tied to deals.
- You need EU servers and are happy with an annual or multi-year contract: PandaDoc runs an EU instance, with fewer features than its US one.
Why teams choose Propozit
- Interactive pricing is the core of Propozit: options, plan choices, payment plans the client picks, deals and rules with live totals and "save €X" nudges. You can use it in your own decks, or try it in the live demo.
- A proposal is a branded slide deck whose slides fit any content length, and it becomes an easy scroll on a phone (in accounts and the live demo).
- Data is stored in the EU, in Frankfurt (Supabase and AWS), for every account, with no separate EU contract. The AI features currently run on Anthropic in the US.
- Before you send, a private preview link shows the deck as your client will see it, and Propozit checks for a missing project price, a team or length that does not match, and a mix of formal and informal address.
- Propozit is free during early access; paid plans come later (planned: Solo $15, Team $39 and Agency $99 a month, excl. VAT).
Questions
Can Propozit replace PandaDoc today?
Only for proposals, not for general documents. Propozit is in early access: you can send decks with interactive pricing, get them signed and see opens and read time, start from engagement templates with your own standards or a draft the proposal AI writes from your description, which you can then ask the AI to change, and offer payment plans the client picks; there are no payments or CRM integrations. PandaDoc also covers contracts and other documents, and its e-signature is on every plan, including a free one.
Where is my data stored?
Propozit stores every account's data in the EU, in Frankfurt (Supabase and AWS); its AI features currently run on Anthropic in the US. PandaDoc offers EU servers as a separate instance with fewer integrations and features, on annual or multi-year billing only.
How do the prices compare?
PandaDoc has a free eSign plan; its Starter plan is $19 USD per seat/month billed annually, or $35 billed monthly. Propozit is free during early access; paid plans come later (planned: Solo $15, Team $39 and Agency $99 a month, excl. VAT).
Does Propozit take payments like PandaDoc?
Not through Propozit today. The client picks a payment plan, such as 50/50 or monthly instalments, and after signing sees your bank details, a QR code for their banking app and your own pay link. Propozit does not handle the money, and you invoice as usual.
