Proposal types

Propozit has 30 proposal types in nine groups, plus Blank. In New proposal, Pick a type shows them by group. Type a word such as SEO or wedding in Search types to narrow the list. Your business type puts its group first, under Suggested for you; owners and admins change it under Settings → General.

Each type has its own texts in English, Dutch, French and German, price slots and payment schedule. The schedule applies only when no payment plan is on; see Payment plans, VAT and the checks. In Options & prices, an admin can add a type's example products to the price list when a slot finds nothing. All example prices are examples: set your own.

How you sell (any kind of work)

These have no example list of their own. Add example products in the price list offers Agency services, with the same round numbers in any currency.

• Fixed package: one product at a set price; a 50% deposit.
• Fixed-price project: priced by who works on it; 30%, 40% and 30%.
• Monthly team and Dedicated people: people per month; paid monthly.
• Retainer: a monthly plan the client picks; paid monthly.
• Audit & rescue: a fixed audit, then a way to continue; a 50% deposit.

Websites and web shops

• Website: a set price, extra pages and a care plan; 40%, 40% and 20%; example prices in euros and dollars.
• Web shop: a set price by number of products; 40%, 40% and 20%; example prices in euros and dollars.

Marketing and content

• SEO: monthly on a minimum term, an audit to start; paid monthly; example prices in euros and dollars.
• Social media: monthly packages to pick from; paid monthly; example prices in euros and dollars.
• Paid ads: a monthly management fee, the ad budget paid separately; paid monthly; example prices in euros and dollars.
• Content and copywriting: per piece; a 50% deposit; example prices in euros and dollars.
• Brand identity: packages to pick from; a 50% deposit; example prices in euros and dollars.

Photo and video

• Photo shoot: by the half or full day; a 30% deposit; example prices in euros.
• Wedding photography: packages by hours of coverage; 30% and 70%; example prices in dollars.
• Video production: shooting days, editing and voice-over; 50% and 50%; example prices in euros.

Advice, coaching and office services

• Consulting: by the day or hour, an optional fixed first phase; no set schedule; example prices in dollars.
• Coaching programme: session packs to pick from; Pay upfront first, or monthly instalments; example prices in euros.
• Workshop or training: by the half or full day, materials per participant; a 30% deposit; example names only.
• Bookkeeping and accounts: monthly, returns per item; paid monthly; example prices in euros and dollars.
• Translation: per word; no set schedule; example prices in euros.
• Architecture and design: a fixed fee per stage; 20%, 30%, 30% and 20%; example names only.

IT

• Managed IT: per user or device a month, onboarding once; paid monthly; example prices in euros and dollars.

Events

• Event planning: a set fee, suppliers per item; 30%, 50% and 20%; example names only.
• Catering: per guest, staff by the hour; a 30% deposit; example names only.

Building and installation

• Building work: materials and labour per room or trade; 30%, 60% and 10%; the Building work examples, the same numbers in any currency.
• Painting and decorating: per m² by room; 30% and 70%; example prices in euros and dollars.
• Installation: a system at a set price, extra units and options; 30% and 70%; example prices in euros and dollars.

Products and hire

• Product quote: products with photos and article numbers; a 30% deposit; the Product quote examples, the same numbers in any currency.
• Hire: items per piece per day, delivery and a deposit; a 30% deposit; example names only.

What Propozit cannot price yet

• A percentage of another amount, such as 15% of ad spend, a share of building costs or of an event budget. Use a fixed fee, or a fee per band.
• A quantity times a number of days, as in hire or training. Put the days in the description.
• Two VAT rates in one proposal, as catering may need. A proposal has one rate.

Each example price comes from a public page about market prices, checked on 28 October 2026; we check them again every six months. Prices outside euros and dollars are left empty for you to fill in.
