Proposal software for marketing agencies
Marketing proposals mix campaigns, retainers and hours, and the term matters as much as the price. Propozit puts it all in one branded deck, with deals and rules that reward commitment without giving the margin away.

Who it is for
Marketing, content, social and performance agencies that sell ongoing work: retainers, monthly management, content packages and campaigns, often with a setup project at the start. Your proposals are as much about the term and the package as about the work itself.
Propozit is in early access. Some of what follows is in accounts today, some you can try in the live demo, and some is coming soon. Each line says which.
What the labels mean

What gets in the way, and how Propozit helps
-
“Clients want the retainer, but only for three months.”
Offer the term as a choice and make the longer one worth it. A commitment deal gives a discount for, say, 12 months, and the client sees the monthly saving next to the totals. Short terms stay possible; long ones are simply the better deal, and the client can see why.
- Monthly subscriptions for retainers Available
- Yearly subscriptions Available
- Commitment deals with a discount per term Available
- Nudges that show what the longer term saves Available
-
“Every package gets custom discounts, and the margin disappears.”
Write your packages as lines in one price list, and your discounts as rules: free months, extra hours, a percentage off when the client takes two services or signs before a date. The rules apply themselves, so every discount in a deck is one you agreed to in advance.
- Rules that give a product free Available
- Rules you write: free months, extra hours or money off Available
- The shared price list in accounts Available
-
“Hours, campaigns and retainers never fit in one quote.”
Propozit’s engine prices them side by side: a campaign as a fixed-price project, a strategy sprint built up from roles and days, content as an hour bundle, ads management as a monthly subscription. The demo shows the first and the last; all of them are in the price list today. One-off and monthly totals stay apart, so the client sees what the first month costs and what each month after does.
- Fixed-price projects and monthly subscriptions Available
- Projects from roles and days, products, hour bundles and hourly rates Available
- One-off and monthly totals, each with VAT Available
An example from the live demo
The live demo is a proposal from Northwind Studio to Halden Coffee Roasters, both made up for the demo. It is a web project, but its pricing works the way a marketing proposal does: a one-off project with optional extras, then a choice of two monthly plans, Care Basic at €290 and Care Plus at €540.
Pick month to month and the client pays the full price; pick the 12-month commitment and care is 10% cheaper, which the deck shows as a saving before they choose. A rule makes the SEO audit free with Care Plus. Swap the care plans for a content retainer and the audit for a strategy workshop, and you have a marketing proposal.

Questions
Can a retainer have a minimum term?
Yes. In the live demo a commitment deal offers care month to month or for 12 months at 10% off, and the client sees both on the pricing slide before they decide. Minimum terms on time-and-materials projects are in the price list today.
Does Propozit connect to our CRM?
No. Propozit has no CRM integrations, and they are not planned for now. It focuses on the proposal itself: the deck, the pricing, signing and tracking.
Can the team share one price list and brand?
Brand and team are shared across your organization today, with owners, admins and members. The price list and your proposal standards per type of work are shared in accounts today.
