Terms of Service
Last updated 25 October 2026.
These terms apply when you use Propozit to make, send and sign proposals. By creating an account you agree to them. How we handle personal data is in our Privacy page, which is part of these terms.
Who we are
Propozit is operated by We Do Dev Work Co., Ltd., 219/22 Sukhumvit 21 Rd, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand (tax ID 0105568022029). In these terms, “we” and “us” means that company, and “you” means the person using Propozit and the business they use it for.
Who can use Propozit
Propozit is for businesses and freelancers, to sell their own services. It is not for consumers. You must be at least 18 and able to act for the business you sign up for.
Accounts and organizations
You sign in with one-time codes sent to your email, so keep access to that mailbox safe. Work happens in organizations. The owners and admins of an organization decide who joins it and what they can do, and are responsible for what their team does in Propozit. Tell us straight away if you think someone has used your account without permission.
Plans and payment
Propozit is free until billing starts; our pricing page shows the date once it is set. We will never charge you unless you choose a paid plan. If you choose one while your organization is in its free period (before billing starts, or during the free Agency days after it), the price is set when you choose and the first payment is taken when the free period ends. Propozit is still being built, so there is no service level agreement: features can change, move or be removed, and something may not work as described.
- Subscriptions. A plan is a subscription for one organization, paid monthly or yearly in advance. It renews automatically at the end of each period until it is cancelled. Only the organization's owner can choose, change or cancel it.
- Prices and VAT. Our prices are in US dollars or euros and exclude VAT, plus VAT where it applies. The price and the tax are shown before you pay and on each invoice.
- Payment. Payments are handled by Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
- Early-bird price. An organization that subscribes by 31 December 2026, also during its free period, pays the early-bird price, 30% off. It is locked for good for that organization: it stays when it changes plan or billing period, and if it cancels and subscribes again later.
- Changing plan. A change takes effect straight away. On the same billing period, a more expensive plan is charged for the rest of the period and a cheaper one is credited against your next invoices. Switching between monthly and yearly restarts the billing period on the day you switch and is invoiced at once, minus the unused part of the current period. During the free period a change is not charged: the first payment is at the new plan's price when the free period ends.
- Cancelling and refunds. You can cancel at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for, and your plan keeps working until then. We don't refund part of a period, except where the law requires it.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, your plan keeps working while Stripe tries again over the following weeks. If it still fails, the organization moves to the Free plan.
- Downgrades. Moving to a smaller plan or to Free never deletes your content or removes anyone from your team. Limits apply to what you do next, such as inviting people or sending new proposals.
- The Free plan. Free has one seat, a limited number of sent proposals each month and smaller AI allowances, and the proposals you send show a small “Made with Propozit” line. The pricing page lists the limits of every plan.
Your content
What you put into Propozit stays yours: your proposals, price lists, cases, client details, logos, images and texts. You give us the permission we need to store, process and show that content to run Propozit for you: to host it, to show it to your team, and to show your proposals to the people you send them to. That permission ends when the content is deleted, except for anything we must keep by law.
Your responsibilities
- Use Propozit lawfully, and only put in content you are allowed to use, including logos, images, case studies and client names.
- Check that the prices, terms and offers in your proposals are correct. You are responsible for what you send.
- Send proposals only to people you have a genuine business reason to contact.
- Do not misuse Propozit: no spam, malware or unlawful content; no scraping, probing or attacking it; no getting around its limits or access controls; and no copying or reverse engineering it, except where the law allows you to.
Proposals and signatures
When your client signs a proposal, Propozit records their acceptance and the details listed in the Privacy page, and makes a signed PDF for both sides. This is a simple electronic signature. Whether a signed proposal is a binding contract, and on what terms, is a matter between you and your client; we are not a party to it. Propozit does not give legal advice, so check with an adviser if you need a particular form of signature or contract.
AI features
Setup from your website uses AI services, listed in the Privacy page, to suggest details such as your brand, company details, prices and cases. Any AI features we add later work the same way. For now, the AI features use Claude by Anthropic, through Anthropic's API, which processes the data in the United States. Anthropic does not use it to train its models, and we plan to move AI processing to an EU provider. Suggestions can be wrong or incomplete, so check them before you save them or send anything to a client. Prices in your proposals come from your own price list.
The proposal AI drafts a proposal from a description you write, and changes one when you ask. To do that, your description or your request (with the last few messages and the proposal's text) goes to Claude by Anthropic, through Anthropic's API in the United States, with the proposal data it needs: your organization's name and type, your products and prices, deals and bonuses, add-on people's roles and rates, your cases (titles, clients, tags, taglines, summaries, numbers and results), client names and the template texts. Anthropic does not use it to train its models, and nothing goes to SubQ or Jev for this. The AI picks only from your own price list and never sets a price, but the text it writes can still be wrong: you are responsible for checking a draft or a change before you send it. The AI has daily limits.
Privacy
Our Privacy page explains what we collect, which processors we use, where data is stored and which cookies we set. When you send a proposal, you decide whose details go into it, so make sure you are allowed to share them with us for that purpose.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Propozit available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may take it down for maintenance or change how it works. When a change takes away something you rely on, we will try to tell you first.
Stopping, suspension and termination
You can stop using Propozit at any time. We may suspend or close an account or organization that breaks these terms or puts Propozit, our users or their clients at risk; where we reasonably can, we will tell you why first and give you a chance to fix it. If we close your account or organization for breaking these terms, a paid plan ends with it and is not refunded, except where the law requires it. We may also stop offering Propozit, with reasonable notice. Ask us for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted and we will help; deletion works as described in the Privacy page.
Liability
Propozit is provided “as is”, on the Free plan and on paid plans. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost business or deals that did not happen, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us for Propozit in the 12 months before the claim. While you pay nothing, that amount is zero. None of this limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Propozit grows. For a material change, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using Propozit after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can stop using it. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Bangkok decide any dispute about them. This does not take away any protection that the law where you are based gives you and that cannot be set aside by agreement. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve it together.
