Your Overview: what needs you and how it is going
Needs your attention, this month against last month, the pipeline and recent activity, with the rules behind every number.
Updated
On this page
The Overview is the first page you see after signing in, and the Overview item at the top of the sidebar. It answers three questions: what needs me today, how is this month going, and what is still open.
A new organization sees a short getting-started list instead, until it has its first deck.
Needs your attention
A proposal shows up here when one of these is true. You see at most 10; a line below says how many more there are.
- Opened, not signed. The client first opened it 72 hours ago or more and it is not signed. The action is Send a reminder. A proposal you sent again in the last 72 hours waits.
- Change requested. The client asked for a change and you have not handled it. The actions are See request and Mark as handled.
- Expiring. Its valid-until date is within the next 7 days, or passed in the last 7 days. The action is Add 14 days.
- Sent, never opened. It was sent from Propozit 120 hours ago or more and nobody has opened it. The action is Send again.
A proposal is listed once as expiring, opened or never opened. The only two reasons that can appear together for one proposal are expiring and change requested: a proposal with an open change request is not also listed as opened or never opened, and an expired one is not listed as opened or never opened. Signed proposals never show.
Mark as handled clears a change request without leaving the page. Add 14 days counts from today or from the current valid-until date, whichever is later, and sets the new valid-until date.
Send a reminder, Send again and See request open the editor, so they need a screen at least 1024 px wide. On a phone you get a notice instead; open the proposal on a computer to send.
This month
Six tiles, each compared with the same point last month (for example, the 1st to the 24th against the 1st to the 24th of the month before):
- Sent counts proposals sent from Propozit. A link you copied and sent yourself is not counted.
- Opened counts proposals the client opened for the first time. Any view of the public or private link counts, including an anonymous view of a public link, and a teammate opening the public link while signed out.
- Signed counts signed proposals.
- Win rate is by cohort: of the proposals first sent this month, how many are signed so far. It will still rise as clients sign. Last month's rate counts only signatures made up to the same point last month, so both rates have had the same time to grow.
Value signed adds up what was signed. It is gross, and says "incl. VAT" when there is VAT. Monthly parts are shown apart, as "a month". Currencies are never added together; each has its own line.
Days to sign is a median, from the first send to the signature. It shows from 3 signed proposals; with fewer, the tile says so instead of guessing.
Pipeline
Open proposals in three groups: Change requested, Opened and Not opened yet. Each shows a count and the open value, in each currency apart.
The open value uses the published version, with the options as set in the published proposal (the ones ticked by default), not the ones your client ticks. Above 300 open proposals Propozit stops adding values and shows counts only. A proposal whose prices have a problem is left out of the value, and a note says how many decks could not be added, so the total is never a guess.
Portfolios are not in the pipeline or in any number on the Overview.
Recent activity and your team
Recent activity lists the last 10 things that happened: opens, change requests, signatures, sends and publishes. Select one to open that proposal.
With two or more members, a Team table shows each current member with what they sent and signed this month, and the value signed.
A short tour
The first time you open the Overview, a short tour shows where things are: seven cards on a computer, four on a smaller screen. The first time you open a deck in the editor on a screen at least 1024 px wide, five cards show the slides, the preview, Publish and Send. Skip it whenever you like, with Skip tour or Esc. To see it again, open Help and choose Show me around again. If you had an account before the tour arrived, it does not start on its own; use Show me around again.
What the numbers cover
The numbers cover the proposals you have now. If you move a proposal to Trash, it drops out of the past numbers too, and comes back if you restore it. Times and dates follow your organization's timezone.
