Proposal software for agencies
Propozit turns your price list, cases and story into a branded slide deck with pricing your client can change. It is built for agencies that send many proposals and want every one of them on brand and priced the same, whoever sends it.

Who it is for
Studios and agencies that sell projects and ongoing work: web and brand studios, digital and marketing agencies, development shops. Several people write proposals, usually the founders and an account manager or two, and nobody has time to design each one. The founder wants every proposal to look and price like theirs; the account managers want to send one without waiting for the founder.
If your proposals today are a slide deck copied from the last one, a Word template or a PDF exported at midnight, Propozit is meant for you. It is in early access: some of what follows is in accounts today, some is in the live demo, and some is coming soon. Each line says which.
What the labels mean

What gets in the way, and how Propozit helps
-
“Every proposal looks different, depending on who wrote it.”
In Propozit your brand is set once, for the whole organization: colours, fonts and logo. Every deck starts from it, and the slides lay themselves out, so a proposal from a junior account manager looks like one from the founder.
- Brand settings with a live deck preview Available
- Slides that fit their content to a 16:9 page Available
- Templates per type of work, with your own standards Available
-
“Prices and discounts drift from one proposal to the next.”
One price list serves every proposal, with prices set once. Discounts come from deals and rules you agree in advance, such as 10% off care for a 12-month commitment, not from whoever is closing that week.
- Options, plan choices, deals and a free-product rule Available
- The shared price list in accounts Available
-
“We send a PDF and then hear nothing for two weeks.”
A Propozit deck asks the client to do something: tick extras, pick a plan, choose how to pay. They sign in the deck too, and you see when they open it and which slides they read, so you follow up while it matters.
- Live pricing the client can change Available
- Signing in the deck Available
- Opens and read time per slide Available
An example from the live demo
The live demo is a proposal from Northwind Studio, a small web and brand studio in Utrecht, to Halden Coffee Roasters. Both are made up for the demo. It has eleven slides: the challenge, the approach, what is included, an eight-week timeline, the team of three, two recent cases, the investment, how to pay and the agreement.
The investment slide is where it differs from a PDF. The website rebuild is fixed at €18,500. The brand refresh and SEO audit are optional extras, and the client picks Care Basic or Care Plus. Paying the rebuild upfront saves 5%; committing to care for 12 months saves 10%; and with Care Plus the SEO audit is free. The totals, one-off and per month, update with every click.

Questions
Can the whole team work in one organization?
Yes. Invite your team to your organization as owners, admins or members, each with the right access. This works today, and so do your proposal standards: default products, texts, deals and cases per type of work.
Can we send proposals with Propozit today?
Yes. Publish a proposal and send it from the editor with your own message. Your client opens it with an email code, picks options and signs, and both sides get a signed PDF. You see opens and read time per slide. Payments and CRM integrations are not part of it.
What does it cost?
Propozit is free to start. Plans are per organization, with seats included and every feature on every plan. The pricing page has the plans and their prices.
