Proposal software for freelancers

Pitch like a studio, without the evenings in a slide editor. Propozit turns your prices, cases and story into a branded slide deck with pricing your client can play with. It is free to start.

Who it is for

Independent designers, developers, copywriters, marketers and consultants who write their own proposals. You are good at the work, and the proposal is the part you put off: you copy the last one, change the client’s name, adjust the prices and hope nothing from the old client is still in there.

Propozit is in early access. Some of what follows is in accounts today, some you can try in the live demo, and some is coming soon. Each line says which, so you know exactly what you are signing up for.

What gets in the way, and how Propozit helps

  1. “I lose an evening in a slide editor for every proposal.”

Your brand and prices are set up once, and every deck starts from them, with your cases from the library. You fill in content; the slides measure it and lay it out on a 16:9 page in your brand, so nothing spills off the edge and nothing needs nudging into place.

    • Your colours, fonts and logo in brand settings Available
    • Slides that fit their content Available
    • The deck editor with a live preview Available
    • A proposal in a few steps from a template, also on your phone Available
    • Setup from your website, with your prices Available
  2. “Next to an agency pitch, mine looks like a quote.”

A Propozit deck reads like a studio pitch: the client’s challenge in your words, your approach, a timeline, the cases that prove it, then the investment. It is the same renderer whether you are one person or fifty, and on a phone it becomes an easy scroll.

    • Eleven slide types in the demo, from cover to agreement In the live demo
    • All 19 slide types in the deck editor Available
    • A cases slide filled from your case library Available
    • An easy scroll on a phone Available
  3. “I never know when to follow up, or whether I priced it right.”

Give the client options instead of one number: a basic and a bigger version, an extra or two, a way to spread the cost. They pick what fits. You also see when they open the deck and which slides they read, so you follow up when they read it, not on a hunch.

    • Options, plan choices and payment plans with live totals Available

An example from the live demo

The live demo is a proposal from Northwind Studio to Halden Coffee Roasters; both are made up for the demo. Northwind is a small studio, but the structure is the one a freelancer needs: the client’s problem first (a webshop that converts 1.1% of visitors against 2.5 to 3% for comparable roasters), then four steps to fix it, an eight-week timeline and two short cases.

On the investment slide, the rebuild is a fixed price, two extras and a content writer are optional, and the client chooses between two care plans. They can spread the one-off cost over three months or pay upfront for 5% off. That is a proposal that answers “can we do it for less?” before the client asks.

The timeline slide: an eight-week plan in phases.

Questions

Is Propozit too much for one person?

No. Your brand, prices and deals are set up once, and each proposal is a matter of picking what fits the client. Plans will be per organization, and an organization of one works the same way.

Can I use it for a proposal this week?

Yes. Create your account, set up your brand and price list, build a proposal in the deck editor, and send it from Propozit. Your client opens it with an email code, picks options and signs, and you see when it was read. Or pick a template and answer a few steps, also on your phone. Or start from your website: Propozit suggests your brand and prices for you to check.

Which languages can my proposals be in?

The live demo is in English. In the deck editor a deck can be in English, Dutch, French or German: built-in labels such as totals, dates and the agreement follow the deck language, and you write your own copy in it. The app itself is in English.

Proposals your clients actually say yes to
