Proposal software for insurance brokers
Group insurance proposals your client can read, choose from and sign. Propozit puts your plans, what they cover and what they cost in a branded slide deck, and the client picks a plan and how often to pay before signing. It is free to start.

Plans priced per person per year
Start a proposal from the Group insurance template. Its plan slot takes the plans from your price list, each priced per person per year, and the client picks one. The number of people insured is one field, so every plan is priced for the whole group at once. Optional cover, such as dependants or dental, sits beside the plans for the client to tick.
Side by side
The comparison slide puts the plans next to each other: what each covers, with a tick, a dash or your own text in each cell, and what each costs. The client chooses a plan there with its “Choose” button, or on the price page, and both follow the same choice. On a phone each plan becomes a card.
Yearly, half-yearly, quarterly or monthly
You switch on the ways the client can pay the yearly price, each with your own surcharge or discount, and the client picks one on the price page. Every payment is the same amount except the first, which takes the few cents left over, so the payments always add up exactly to the yearly price.
Stamp duty by its own name
A tax rate can carry its own name. Set a rate called stamp duty, and the deck, the agreement and the signed PDF show it under that name instead of VAT, and each payment is shown with it included.
What Propozit does not do
Propozit lays out your proposal and records the client's choice and signature. It does not decide cover, claims or acceptance: those stay with the insurer and the policy terms. It gives no legal, tax or regulatory advice, so check your wording and your rates yourself.
