Plans and billing

Until billing starts, everything stays free. Once a start date is set, the pricing page shows it, and the owner can choose a plan under Settings, Billing. That page shows your plan, the seats in use and, on Free, the proposals sent this month.

The plans

A plan belongs to your organization. Every plan has every feature; they differ in seats, sent proposals, AI allowance and the "Made with Propozit" line.

Prices are the same in US dollars or euros and exclude VAT. The pricing page has the current prices.

What counts as a sent proposal

A proposal or portfolio counts once, in the month (your organization's time zone) it is first shared: its first email from Propozit, or the first Copy link in Access.

• Sending it again, or a new version, never counts again.
• Moving it to Trash or deleting it doesn't undo its count.
• Open (new tab) and the preview don't count.

On Free, after 3 in a month, a new one can't be shared until next month or until you upgrade. Nothing is deleted: proposals you sent keep working, and clients can still open and sign them.

Seats

A seat is a person in your organization or an open invitation. When all seats are used, you can't invite anyone until you upgrade or revoke an invitation. A smaller plan never removes anyone. See Invite your team.

AI fair use

The proposal AI and setup from your website have a fair-use allowance per organization and person:

• Free: 3 AI drafts, 30 AI changes and 1 website read a day.
• Solo and Team: 20 AI drafts, 200 AI changes and 3 website reads a day.
• Agency: 40 AI drafts, 400 AI changes and 6 website reads a day.

The "Made with Propozit" line

On Free, your client sees a small "Made with Propozit" line below the proposal, not in the signed PDF. It goes as soon as you are on a paid plan, also on proposals already sent.

Choose a plan

Only the owner of the organization can choose, change or cancel the plan. Admins see the same page without the buttons. Members don't see it.

1. Select Settings, then Billing.
2. Pick Monthly or Yearly (two months free).
3. Before your first plan, pick euros or US dollars.
4. Select Choose on the plan you want. You enter your card on a secure page from Stripe, our payment provider, then come back to Propozit.

In your free period (before billing starts, or the 90 days of Agency), nothing is charged then: your first payment is on the day it ends, as the Billing page shows, and you keep Agency until then. Otherwise you pay straight away.

Your plan can take a minute to show after you pay.

Change your plan

Select Switch to this plan on another plan, then confirm.

• A dearer plan on the same billing period starts now: you pay the difference for the rest of the period.
• A cheaper one also starts now; what you paid for the rest of the period is credited to your next invoice.
• Switching between monthly and yearly restarts your billing today: you pay for the new period now, minus what's left of the current one.
• In your free period, switching charges nothing: your first payment stays on the same day, at the new price.
• If more people are in your team than the new plan has seats for, nobody is removed. You can't invite anyone until you are within the plan.

You keep the currency you started with. An early-bird price stays an early-bird price when you change plan.

Cancel your plan

Select Cancel plan and confirm. Your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for, then you move to Free. Nothing is deleted. Until then, Resume plan keeps it going.

Card and invoices

Select Manage payment and invoices to change your card, download invoices and update your billing address or VAT number. This opens a page from Stripe.

When a payment fails

Stripe tries again over the next few weeks, and your plan keeps working meanwhile. The owner gets an email and a note on the Overview. Update your card under Manage payment and invoices. If the last try fails too, you move to Free. Nothing is deleted.

Early-bird price

Organizations that subscribe by 31 December 2026, also during their free period, pay 30% less on every paid plan. The price is locked for your organization: it stays when you change plan or period, and if you come back later.

Organizations that existed before billing

Every organization created before billing starts gets 90 days of Agency for free, then Free unless the owner chooses a plan. The Overview shows the end date. A plan chosen during those days is first paid when they end.
